I found the bottom up business model creation (act on what customers want, make sure it&#039;s monetizable, then launch) interesting as well. Seems like common sense, but I doubt it is.</description>

		<description>I just wanted to say I&#039;m really appreciating these GDC summaries, and this blog gives me a lot of insight into mmorpg consumer issues (though it represents the vendor side). Though comments aren&#039;t allowed yet on the latest posts, I think the best insight so far is to ask the customers what they want: &quot;don&#039;t come up with a marketing scheme and foist it on customers.&quot; 

Also, if customers recognize a marketing scheme and say they want something different, this is not slander against your company or inciting unrest against the government. If the customers aren&#039;t cooperating with the marketing scheme or are actively complaining about it, it&#039;s time to make it easier for them to buy!</description>
